Rotary Club Fund Raiser
The Twin Falls Rotary Club held its 12th Annual Ice Cream Fun Day on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at the Twin Falls City Park from 11:30 – 3:00. A fun and unusual event, 20 companies and/or organizations participate by creating an ice cream flavor and unique name for it to present at their booths. Cloverleaf Creamery provided a list of standard ingredients and the participants could add 2 others to come up with new creations. Eventgoers would sample and vote on their favorite flavors and names.
PBATF had a booth staffed with volunteers and presented a fun flavor as well. (The flavor selection meeting was especially enjoyed by the board members, too).
The club won second place for our offering of ‘Don’t Go Breaking our Sweet Pickleball Hearts‘. A big shout out to the club’s creativity and especially to Janine for her creative streak! Well done.
There were about 800 attendees this year. Funds raised by the event will be applied toward the Frontier Park bathroom renovations.
