July 20, 2024, was the Annual Ice Cream Fun Day event by the Twin Falls Rotary Club at the City Park in downtown Twins Falls. The Pickleball Association once again had a booth and a popular ice cream flavor (according to our repeat customers!)
There are always interesting combinations as participants invent their flavors and name them. Attendees sample as many as they want and vote on their favorite flavors and names. This year also had a secret judge for booth decorations so some participants went all out!
Our flavor this year was Net Crunch. It featured a vanilla base with fudge and salted caramel swirls and was topped with crushed waffle cones that looked like pieces of the net for the crunch. We were surprised by how many people asked us if we had pickles in it this year.
This is one of the very fun events that everyone enjoys, and it allowed us to let people know more about the club. Plan to attend next year if you can and consider volunteering to help at the booth.
